Fault 1: The position of the prefabricated bag and the feeding port is offset
The main reason for this problem is the displacement of the tension equalizing rod and the preformed bag roll film position. We can solve this problem by adjusting the angle of the upper triangle bag. If the upper prefabricated bag roll film deviates from the clamping chain, the angle can be adjusted by turning the upper triangle plate clockwise. If the lower prefabricated bag roll film deviates from the clamping chain, the angle can be adjusted counterclockwise by turning the upper triangle plate.
Fault 2: The heat sealer heats up slowly or cannot reach the predetermined temperature
The main power cord of the heat sealer of the prefabricated bag packaging machine needs to pass through the magnetic switch and then to the electric heating tube. When the heat sealer heats up slowly or cannot reach the predetermined temperature, we need to first check whether the contact points of the magnetic switch are normal. This problem occurs if the heat sealer’s mains power line does not pass through one of the electrical phases.If the magnetic switch is normal, then we need to check the meter further. See if the electrical phase is the same as the ohmic value of the pre-made bag packer. If the electrical phases of the main power cord are connected but the heat sealer still does not work properly, it is likely that the heat sealer is faulty and needs to be replaced in time.
Fault 3: The sealing of the prefab bag is uneven or cannot be sealed normally
The occurrence of this problem has a lot to do with the heat sealer of the packaging machine. If the heat sealer did not fail during the inspection process in the previous step, it is very likely that the preset heating time or the preset heating temperature value of the heat sealer did not reach the actual required value.It is worth noting that during the packaging process, some fragile or small particle products are easy to fall inside the packaging machine, or stick to the heat sealer. These conditions will also cause the heat sealer and the prefabricated bag to be unable to heat and fit well, resulting in a situation where the seal cannot be sealed or the seal is uneven.Pre-made bag packaging machines will encounter more and various failures in the actual operation process.
