What is quad seal bag?

The quadruple seal bag has two corner gussets that are corner gussets and two bags connected by four vertical sealing strips. This design is very attractive and very popular in the packaging industry. These bags hold their shape well on the shelf and can support heavier product fills.

A typical laminate for a four-layer sealed bag is PET/aluminum/LLDPE, providing a barrier to oxygen, UV and moisture. It can be equipped with consumer-friendly features most notably in coffee, IQF, pet food, candy and snacks. Together with a degassing valve, it becomes the perfect solution for freshly roasted coffee.
